"Great food and the price is very affordable. The atmosphere is simply best, but the owner is usually there, so it feels good to help the mother and the pop restaurant. The chicken tortilla soup is wonderful! The Fajitas are also delicious and a large part. I usually go with the food special. It includes a duck and soup. Good stuff! Salsa's great. Have fun."

"I often order DoorDash from this place. The Door Dash app does not give you the opportunity to request all the apartments for your wings, so I usually call the store to see if they have time to fulfill my request. Every time I call, Larry greets me very pleasantly. He ensures that my request is always fulfilled and always has a positive attitude. Larry is wonderful and keeps me ordering my wings exclusively from this place!!!"

"Tried Tijuana Flats today for the first time. I felt like I ate an ok taco. Nothing to write home about. Nothing special. I ordered a steak taco and a chicken burrito. They were just ok. Taco was over priced,$5.69, and meat portion was disappointing. With so many places available for dinning I can't see myself coming back."

"Best authentic Mexican cuisine in sarasota! fish tacos are 5 stars; prepared grilled or slightly broken. freshest guacamole I've ever had. they serve their chips with 4 different sauces. all homemade and delicious. on one of our visits they offered fresh homemade tamales as special! their margaritas are incredible, along with their huge sangria. that's a nice family business. this place is my new favorite place."
