"We loved this place for breakfast. It's frequented by mostly locals and they know what is good and what is touristy hype. We ate here three mornings in a row despite a 20 minute cab ride from the hotel because it's just that good. The platanos with cream and cheese are my favorite, also you should definitely try the chilaquiles and the enchiladas con mole.The place is very clean, cheery. The waiter we managed to get each day was pretty awful, he walked around dazed and always forgot that we asked for something but this is one of those cases where the food just really trumps the slightly infuriating lack of competent staff. It would have been 5 stars if the staff could get their act together. Definitely worth it for breakfast though!"
