"Disappointed I have been going K 38 Tower 7 for many many years and up until now has always been a great experience. However my wife and I went to K 38 yesterday for lunch and was very disappointed in our visit. I am unsure what happened, if they went under new ownership or management but the building and its contents where disgusting. The place was filthy. This started the moment we walked in. The glass doors and windows has smudges and smears as if it had been months since they where cleaned. We entered and noticed no personnel where wearing masks. So here we are in the middle of a pandemic and we had the worst hospitalization rate this past weekend and no staff are wearing any masks to protect customers. I was ready to leave but decided I would stay. We were then lead to a wobbly table and provided the most dirty menu I have ever seen did not even want to touch it. Looked around and noticed green mold around the ceiling air vents dirt and grime on the wood rails. Overall this is probably one of the most dirty restaurants I have been to in many years. It is as if they no longer care about the maintenance and care of the restaurant. We ended up getting two tacos and drinks. They were great, the tacos were cooked perfect and the margarita was good. Still could not get over the overall uncleanliness, it made for a very uncomfortable experience. We will not be coming back. It was a good run but I believe this local restaurant chain has had its best days behind itself. It was a good run but all good things must come to an end and I think that is the case for K 38. If I wanted great food and did not care about paying a premium for a good overall experience I would go to the Burrito Shack. The tacos are just as good at half the cost and it is a clean environment."

"Heard another of good reviews about this restaurant and had to try it! The fried pickles were good, the shrimp and grits is the best thing. The corned beef dish is not that great, not much flavor. The service felt rushed, could've been better. I was disappointed in my experience here."

"My wife and I talked about three restaurants in this area and so glad we chose La Costa. The margherita, taco salad with many shrimps and enchiladas (chicken and cheese) were all top-notch. And Server Danielle was a lot of fun and did our evening."

"Great Mexican food especially the spicey chili (must ask for). Salsa was okay a little on the soupy side. Burrito, queso and chips, and taquitos were great. No issue at all and everything was made to order. They do not have jarritos but the customer service and speedy ticket time was awesome. Will be a repeat customer. I think the servers work for tips "
