"Friendly waiting staff and lovely greeting on arrival but ribs were extremely disappointing and low quality in a place where ribs should excel. Frozen supermarket or butcher bought ribs are significantly better greasy, fatty and tasteless. Acoustics also very poor and terrible music"

"Me and my sister went to the raddisson for afternoon tea we have been many times before and was always perfect but this time it was different the after tea was poor and that’s being nice the sandwiches were bland tasteless the cheese one was just soggy the scones were horrible and no option of a plain scone the cakes at the top were soft and soggy too and the hazelnut cake was to dense we definitely will not be going back as it was a disappointment and we paid £66 which was definitely not worth it."

"Whilst the food was good, it wasn't worth £111 for 2 people. We were asked if we wanted water but were not given the option of tap, instead paid £3 for a bottle we barely touched. Fresh bread and olive oil was literally 2 slices, halved."

"High-end dining experience. several vegan options marked clearly. cost for £19 for a small bowl mock huh and £11 for four dumplings. only a vegan dimming sum: there is a mixture of vegan and vegetarian dresses because we have moved the dings. but the mosquito and sweetness rice were vegan and both were some of the most beautiful Chinese I ever had."
