"This place does an absolutely lovely full breakfast. Really good value, nice members of staff. located in the west hoe area of Plymouth, just down the road from the historic Hoe. If you feel brave go for the big breakfast so you get of everything. very nice indeed, lots of parking nearby some of it is pay and display the area outside is free, although watch out for parking attendants. Open days a week form early morning until late evening, serving a variety of food from sandwiches, pasties to my favourite dish as mentioned above. Family owned, well worth a visit if you are in the vancinity."

"Absolutely love this cafe! I have been coming here since the new owners took over in March this year. The food is always cooked fresh to order, served hot and tastes delicious. The cafe is modern and clean and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't go anywhere else."

"I have been coming here since I was a kid and now that I am 20 it is crazy to think Clovelly has never provided a poor meal or service. Prices are roughly £14 upwards but it is worth it for the quality of the food. You must book though as demand is high, even in the weekdays! I personally recommend their fajitas, westcountry pork or Nasi Goreng if it’s on the specials! The pub is child and dog friendly all year around and they usually have a pool table but I believe this has been moved for the Christmas period (I assume it will return)."

"I have had several good snacks here but suddenly back in the winter it stopped opening. Maybe there was competition from food wagons or perhaps some of the larger scale and close construction had been completed. Whatever the reason, it is closed. It doesn't look revivable. There is scope round here for a coffee/breakfast place but who knows whether anyone would take the risk because there are many small unoccupied ground floor units unlet in the large blocks of Millbay area flats."

"We seem to have a hit or miss visit every week here. This week Saturday was quiet yes I thought…not much of a wait for food! But the quality….. asked for a bacon Brie and tomato wrap with crispy bacon…. The bacon came very under cooked let allowed crispy! Inedible. But it had tomato didn’t the week before! Chicken mozzarella and pesto panini was simply pesto and bread, half the amount of chicken or mozzarella as usual and flooded with pesto tasted awful, and to top it off (we always have a take away it always get a salad with it both no salad! Had to ask for napkins and forks. Worse experience we’ve had shame as we did this every week, but now thinking of missing out our Saturday treat!"
