"When I checked the menu, tried to find the cheapest thing possible, because I am so broke I argued with myself, even eating today, I heard the people laughing in the register and made fun of me, curse about how I walked and just order. all I ordered was a simple 3 piece delicate escape and a water. When they asked for my name, I said sebastian to whom they thought it would be creepy to put shebastian for my order, as I am a trans man. I thought Chic-fil-a was past his transphobic days, but I don't think so. I literally went to save money, ordered the only thing I could afford and made me feel hungry, judged and angry."

"Our food wasn 't great by any means, and the server was kinda pushy. within 5 seconds of us sitting down, she immediately hit us with the are y 'all ready yet? plus it was kinda hard to understand her. she also had like- no personality, and having a fun outgoing server is important. however, we got the soup of the day, loaded potato, and as u can see by the picture, it wasn 't that good. the fruit was bad, and the hash browns had no onions or anything- and to make everything worse, there were ants on the window seal of the table we were sitting at. I 'm sorry, but when I sit down to eat, I don 't want ants to be watching me. On top of all that, there were plenty of empty seats around us, yet they say down these 3 loud guys beside us. 1 of them has been drinking the same milk for 30 years apparently lol. definitely not a good experience, and we probably won 't be going back."

"First ever visit to chic- fil-a, as we only have a few in Canada. From the time i ordered my number 1 meal to the time it arrived at the table was about 5 min. The drive thru was Very busy, so considering that, the food arrived fast. The sandwich and fries were hot. But, the straw i was given, still wrapped was soaked. Not sure with what, decidedly, i did not use it. All empty tables were dirty, with wither garbage or food crumbles left behind from previous customers. The entire time I was inside, at total of about 30 min. I did not see one employee come out to clean up the tables. I know it was busy, but clean tables are needed all the time. Would i return, maybe, but would probably just get the food to go."

"I called about my food been cold . It’s not the first time . I return Becuz I work so close to them . But today was my last day . Marco or Mario was rude about the situation. He told me I should check my food before leaving . And he’s correct but it’s not my job to make sure the food is good and ready for the customer. And as a manger you should have your employees changing their product in a timely manner to prevent this problem ."
