"Chef Mark makes incredible food and this is an understatement. It was great to talk to him after our meal. Our server was excellent. Will be here again and again! Pictures below show the combo meal (Curry Goat, roasted chicken and roti with a spicy swan covered with tarpaulin) and the red snapper (plate fried with pickled flavor boiled veg, accompanied with rice and peas, the spicy claw and a lemon wedge for the fish). Note: the Plantain is delicious, I caramelized and sweet, I would have this as a dessert and the part is generous that you could share between 3-4 people) We took a lot of leftovers home!"
