"We started off eating outside, but had to move indoors as it was just too cold. The restaurant is located outside the Buen Retiro Park: Location: [hidden link] This little Italian restaurant served the most beautiful, fresh food, very good wines and excellent coffee. We weren't really hungry, but after eating an entree each, we decided to be decadent and stayed for a full meal. We were not disappointed. Everything was truly beautiful, as the place made our meal with the freshest ingredients. Ididn't pay for our meal, but I believe it was on the expensive side, but definitely worth it if you are a food lover. I highly recommend this place in the middle of Madrid. Just a few of shops down the road, there are a couple of outstanding bread and pastry shops, and although full to bursting after our wonderful Italian meal, we purchased some traditional Spanish pastries to have later in the day."
