"The coffee's rougher than most of the fancy coffee roasters (which I like) but still very creamy with some interesting flavour. Good but barely good enough for the price being stronger or getting some syrupy flavour could have improved it. The rest of the...cafe is perfect though, from the nice area (which unfortunately can be crowded even out of peak times) to the staff and the wonderful food the meals are excellent but they even put effort into sourcing very very buttery croissant that didn't lose flakiness as those often do, and charged less for it than some fancy bakeries charge. I should have asked where they got it."

"Where to start! From the outside I wasn't sure what this cafe would be like, but stepping inside it felt like you were having lunch at a friend's parents house- just like back at school, friendly staff to greet you and a variety of clientele. The coffee is made by a jolly barista, who you can tell appreciates how much a good coffee can make someone's day; the food is homemade and on top of that the price vs portion is amazing.I have been back twice now and each time it is the same great feel, surrounded by suits, workers, mums and bubs and just random singles like myself enjoying a home cooked meal away from home. I can say the burgers taste like a handed down family recipe, the carrot cake - to die for, and the spinach and fetta quiche and lentil salad (my latest purchase) was so generous in size I couldn't finish (even trying my hardest). And every time I've left I've been full, happy AND with change!!! I don't know many places like this anymore, especially in the cities.I found this place by accident whilst visiting Bunnings (massive carpark opposite the cafe) and wanted to grab a bite while the other half wandered the store. You should do the same!!"

"Alexandria's best coffee - you can also buy your beans/pods as coffee is roasted on the premises. The menu has a good variety, try the bacon and egg brioche for breakfast and the popcorn chicken wrap with chilli mayo is a winner for lunch. The team are friendly and happily, at times cheekily, get your order together. I work in the area - this is a great local!!"

"This place is a really large space, great for big groups of people. They make you feel very welcome though and not just a number coming through.<br>

I had the zucchini fritters with house cured trout. This was such a fresh meal. The trout was incredibly fresh and vibrant and tasted divine. The avocado and corn salsa again was as if it was made to order. The relish also added a tasty element. The actual small let down was the fritters themselves. I hate to say it but I think being gluten and dairy free was the reason. They lacked taste and seasoning. A bit of a shame."
