"Given the unprofessional response by WhatsApp from the business to a previous negative review, we leave here our experience at the Al Lago restaurant. Yesterday we called at 20.00 to make a reservation for 12 people. They offered us a table for 22.00 and we accepted it. When we arrived (before the established time), we saw that our table of 12 had been divided into two tables of 6 without previously informing us. After our insistence, they restructured the tables to make them one for 12 (what they had offered us at first). When we sat down, we ordered our command and the restaurant gradually became empty. We were waiting for more than an hour for our food to be brought to us, asking the waiter the reason for the delay and we didn't get any answer. Once the food arrived we realized that the portions and quality were stark compared to the prices. Dishes of €20 approx. containing amounts similar to those in a half serving. At no time did we get an apology from the staff for the delay. To review positive, the waitresses were friendly and the salads were good. PS: I don't think it's appropriate for a business to use the number that has been used to reserve to ask for explanations by message about a negative review.
