"I use to like eating there when I visited Roanoke. But last night I ordered beef tips with gravy. The tips were so tough I could barely chew them. Our service was horrible. Our waitress was to busy flirting with other staff rather than paying attention to her tables. I am pregnant and with in hours of eating there I started feeling sick. This morning I had to contact my Dr. I found out that I have food poisoning. Even though I ordered the meat well done apparently it was still bad. I called the restaurant today to tell them about the food poisoning I DID NOT ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK NOR ASK FOR A FREE MEAL. One manager said to bring in a doctors note but I don't live in roanoke. So she said she didn't care. I lost my temper for the fact that I am pregnant and have food poisoning. Another manager got on the phone and proceeded to tell me that they don't believe me and hung up the phone. I will never eat at this restaurant again. VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I will contact a...

"During our stay at the Sheraton in Roanoke, we decided to try Shula’s, the in house restaurant. The steak was amazing well cooked and with an abundance of sides! Also as a sports lover, the sporting memorabilia decor really added to the vibe! A very enjoyable stay and meal and I look forward to getting back here!"

"Third or fourth time here for dinner. Clean and service is always prompt. I have ordered the same thing the last three times. Blackened Ahi Tuna. (see pic) <br>
They have a really nice piece of tuna and the sear has always been just right. <br>
I ordered the spinach and cole slaw as sides. the entrée is like 19.00 with the two sides so not over the top for a good quality tuna steak.<br>

You could go to worse places in Roanoke. Is located near the mall so that is a plus as well."

"100% authentic mexican food. It tastes great and the people are very friendly. It is a good idea to know how to speak some Spanish when you go. But if you cant, there are folks that can help you. My co workers and I go here at least once per week. I am including a picture of the gorditas which are to die for. If you ever get time go here and try it."

"Dinner here this week. was a handful of time and that was perhaps my fav. in the past I felt openly rushed by the staff. sa in awkward locations I am a party of . alone tonight, but a reasonable table.<br br/>Ordered the tuna steak. picture: <br br>/ the part was good. the fish was very well prepared and delivered as ordered. the spicy was very good and not a thick, oversized crust. Nice. salat was an salat, but the avocado vinaigrette was very beautiful. I said it was made house.<br br/>Been dodging this place for a few years...maybe things have turn a bit....will update.<br>/ update br/>Gave it another go this week. the shrimp baiana really enjoyed. beautiful angel hair with red and green paprika. shrimp was beautiful and juicy. no rubber balls.
