"We went here several times, on the canal, once stopped for a beer and eating looked good, especially the entrecote steak. at the end of our holiday we have made a point to eat here. the service was good, efficient and friendly, without being over the top. in fact, the entrecotes were huge and excellent and well cooked, just as we like our steaks. If you order them, you'd better starve!"

"Shortsize is a chain of grilled dishes offering family cuisine and this is the third we visit. This one is not a patch on the other two. They weren't busy, it should have warned us. We ordered 2 steaks of tin, a half-saignant and a well cooked, and we were surprised that they were both put on the grill at the same time. it is not surprising that they are both on the rare side of the rare medium. I asked them to cook a little more and it didn't come back very different. When it was raised with the director, she did nothing, so we paid and left. I know that French people don't like the right thing, but this grilled chef didn't know how to cook anything other than in a way, and management didn't seem to care. I can recommend the chain but avoid the south branch of the narbonne. In general, it is worth registering for their offers by e-mail (at present 40% discount on grilling) and avoiding non-alcoholic or panache drinks, unless the first ones are part of a children's menu, as they are relatively expensive 3.60 for a soft drink and 3.95 for 25cl of panache. So much more expensive than elsewhere."
