"Priv at the Asian Civilisations Museum is a casual all-day dining concept offering both indoor and outdoor dining options. They are not a fully veg*n restaurant but do offer vegetarian and vegan options. What I tried: Asian Sensation Burger: I really enjoyed the unique match of flavours savoury and sweet with a bit of tang. The burger is chewy (like the meaty kind) and not crumbly' as compared to the previous Beyond Burgers I tried. Worth the try. Gado Gado Salad: Originally non-vegan, Priv veganised the Indonesian dish by substituting prawn crackers with potato chips and omit the boiled egg. My partner and I love this dish. The peanut sauce is very fragrant, extra enjoyable when the dish is mixed up and the lime juice added to the mix. Portion is enough for 3 people Thai Green Vegetable Curry: A large hearty bowl of spicy goodness. Creamy and flavourful, and my favourite dish from them so far. Portion is enough for 3 people. Not many non-veg eateries offer healthier alternatives to white rice, I'm glad they served brown rice. PB&J With Flourless Banana Oat-Pancakes: The pancake taste [censored] gao' (thick) with the texture of oatmeal. Banana is an excellent egg substitute in holding the pancake together. When I sink my spoon into the pancake, it cuts through like well made chocolate cake (we'll come to that soon that's how thick it is! The homemade peanut butter and the chocolate sauce are simply amazing with the pancake. Rich, sweet bitterness nutty, creamy savoury yum 85% Dark Chocolate Cake with Raspberry and Chia Seed Compote: It's gluten-free! Just like the pancakes. It's moist, rich and utterly delicious! Haven't had a cake that taste so rich in a while."

"This is so so good! Not only is it similar to the real satay in terms of texture, the taste is also way more fragrant than a lot of the real satays out there! Totally exceed my expectations, highly recommended!"

"Based on the enthusiastic reviews of others, I decided to go to AH Lock Co for lunch and order the much praised Hakka Impossible Rice Bowl. Maybe. I caught the wrong cook or the wrong day, but I'm not almost as positive as the others. First, the staff looks overtaken. Dirty dishes and cartons (new deliveries) are stacked in the customer area. There was water on the ground and the tables were clearly not cleaned for a while. A person slept in a corner seat. After receiving my order, a member of the sleepy person joined. It should have been a hint that AH Lock Co is not too good. The Hakka Impossible Rice Bowl is much smaller than the photo suggests (the impossible beat balls are ping pong size, not tennis ball size as I expected from the photo. The balls were dry and one had a crust of another dish that stick to it. The sea weeds, rice and vegetables tasted like cheap quality ingredients. Co, but others do much better for less money in Singapore. For example, a few stands away is a small Korean Bibimpa stand that has 2 vegan options. They are cheaper, tastier and healthier than what AH Lock Co offers. If you think I visited the wrong day and got the wrong staff and you want to give AH Lock try how to find them. You are located in Tanjong Pagar Station on the food dish 2 levels down. They are something in a corner but still easy to find (the photos from the other reviewers make it easy to recognize."
