"BEWARE: I work at the same shopping center where this restaurant is located; I placed an order through Doordash. After having a long and busy day at work, my co-worker and l finally had time to eat lunch much later in the afternoon. I was on the app checking for updates and noticed that the driver was finally arriving. I then saw that my order had been marked as “delivered.” I never saw the driver…my food was never delivered. I contacted the delivery driver and they notified me that the food had been delivered to Tokyo Joes (next door) despite the delivery address/business name being specified in the instructions and despite it being a completely different business from where it was delivered. When l went to ask the employees at Tokyo Joes, it was evident that they had kept the food and continuously kept lying about it. It had been no more than a minute… I requested to speak to the manager (Kayla King) and she very quickly became defensive, hostile, and very disrespectful. She started yelling and treating me in a very belittling manner despite one of her employee’s claiming my food as theirs. She was very well aware of this. I have a photograph from Doordash to confirm that it was delivered here. The employees are very clearly in the frame. They all covered each other up (including the manager). This is the culprit. He came from the back from very clearly eating my food. He had the most telling/suspicious/guilty facial expression on his face. Watch out for these liars! I would appreciate the owner of this restaurant reaching out to me and educating their employees as they clearly lack mannerisms, professionalism, and integrity. Review the cameras from 04/05/23. Thank you."
