"Fantastic food! We arrived at 5:00 a.m., it filled quickly afterwards on the back terrace. The service was pretty slow, but the food was on it. All meals were excellent, all tasting super fresh. Definitely on the pricier side, but it is worth it. The Lobster Maki Roll was incredible. We'll come back to Siesta Key for the next time."

"The service in this restaurant was always top notch. But I have to say that everything has gone downhill since the pandemic. The service of our waiter was great. However, the Valet was too busy on his phone to open our doors, the Steak got my father was not sizzling and was not the usual cut and the lobster was dry. The chopped salad was (as always) top notch. The drinks were never very good, so I wasn't shocked that they didn't know how to make a high-quality old fashion. It is a pretty thick price tag so you would expect a higher level of service. I hope they improve here."

"The pasta was freshly made to order and you could taste this in each dish. All of our dishes were very flavorful and the service was wonderful. The menu items were unique compared to other Italian restaurants, which I loved as it is always nice to try new things. The wine selection was mostly Italian wines which were delicious and an excellent value. The attached market had some incredible things and we look forward to returning and trying some of their lunch specials. I highly recommend La Violetta for an authentic Italian meal!"

"We arrived on Tuesday a reservation of 5:00 at 5:00 a.m. and it was locked and dark At 6:00 a.m. after eating a few doors away, still locked and dark, no sign at the door. It turns out that they are open only Wednesday to Saturday, had not changed a website."

"Approximately Always an amazing experience here but had to mention this. Bartender introduced himself said he was also the server which was great and he was Jonny on the spot. Ordered drinks and and appetizer with no problem. Another “server”came over and asked if we needed something else. Not knowing who ordered what he messed the food and drink order. Then trying to leave for a flight and he’s listened to headphones in a corner eating"
