"My German boss suggested this restaurant to live Italian style, and it was a wonderful surprise. I am from Italy and with my Italian colleagues have enjoyed to talk to Lia, born in Germany but from Calabese family, and to listen from her history of...her life. Meantime, we could taste wonderful Italian original fettuccine with scampi from her German husband, the perfect Italian cooking chef. Nice restaurant very particular and suggestive, we enjoyed meal and atmosphere. Please you have to go to Lia, it will give value to your dinner time."

"Paolo's Bistro ist in einem Biomarkt integriert. Es gibt Suppe oder italienische Salate, zwei Hauptgerichte, das war's. Das Bistro ist nur mittags geöffnet. Wir hatten Rigatoni mit Gorgonzola-Sahnesauce. Nicht nur die Pasta, ganz besonders die Sahnesauce war der pure italienische Genuss. Eigentlich bin ich kein Freund der "fetten, norditalienischen" Saucen, aber die war meisterhaft. Für Veganer gab es sogar eine Variante mit frischem Basilikum-Pesto im Angebot. Auch die italienische Geflügelsuppe hat uns begeistert. Füllig mit guter Basisnote, fein abgeschmeckt, sehr raffiniert. Gekocht wird von zwei Süditalienern, die ihr Handwerk verstehen. Alle Zutaten sind bio und, so die Auskunft, alle Zutaten werden nur frisch verwendet. Als Abschluss gab es noch einen kräftigen Espresso, auch der hat uns außerordentlich gefallen. Das Ambiente ist bistroartig, mit italienischen Noten in der Einrichtung. Service gibt es nicht, da man sich das Essen am Tresen abholt, dabei kann man aber zuschauen, wie die Speise zubereitet wird - auch irgendwie witzig. Für Liebhaber original italienischen Essens sicher eine gute Adresse."
