"Here the predominant factor is excellence. The food is exceptional. However i had seen something which i think is create low quality service. First time when i went here the waitress said the full name and description of each served food. Second time another waitress said something very difficult to understand and surely not all description. A shrinked version. Not so good."

"I was looking for a decent meal and a nice atmosphere - the reviews I read suggested Cafe Mon Amour might fit the bill plus TripAdvisor listed the food as "Romanian/European." Boy, was I disappointed!First of all the food is not any way Romanian - it is ersatz Italian - mainly pizza and pasta.I tried to order a salad and penne with mushrroms sauce but the waitress indicated that was too much food for me! Seriously she did! Now, after that exchange I should have walked out but I didn't - I ordered just the pasta, which was indeed a lot of pasta - it was bland but over salty - I ate about half of it.The waitress ignored me the rest of the time I was there - I had to flag her down to get the bill.If you are an older woman traveling solo - don't go here. They will treat you like you are stupid and then ignore you."

"We visited the place on a warm summer night, one of those nights perfect for eating out, on a terrace. The food was good, the drinks were nice, but the thing that stood out most was the service. It was outstanding, the kind that is so hard to find in Romania. The location of the restaurant is also very good, right in the centre of Bucharest, but on a little street, so you don't feel or hear the hustle. The menu is international, you can choose between salads, pastas, steaks or, the thing that I had, a Moroccan dish that was spicy and very very tasty."

"This restaurant felt and looked like a nice cozy house. I was here on Thursday afternoon and sat in the garden. It was a quiet time of the day, so I liked that I was the only person in the garden. The...Menu was quite small, but they had one or two vegan options. I ordered the “Super Bowl” for lunch, from which I was pleasantly surprised. I had so much avocado, quinoa and chickpeas since being vegan that [that I say] it can be boring now. But this “Super Bowl” was so good and delicious! I also had the vegan carrot cake that was really good. I love when restaurants have vegan desserts, except Sorbet and that felt like a luxury. The staff was friendly and my waiter could not have been more helpful. I think you order your food in the bar, but they bring your food and drinks to the table for you. I think you'd regret missing this restaurant in Bucharest. It's a little jewel and a really beautiful place. Note: If you sit in the garden, wear insect repellent. I was eaten alive by mosquitoes."

"The restaurant has fair prices, dinner for 3 was only 35 euros, and it was a feast with pork dishes:). The ribs i ordered were great, with small baked patatos, onion and a great tomato sauce. Service was great, the girl that took care of us was very kind! I highly recommend this awesome place"
