"Lovely venue for a catch up , lovely music , reasonably priced food and drinks, but quality of food not as well as could be expected, had fish and chips, that was very greasy and tasted stale , but the music and atmosphere made up for the lack of food quality"

"Elements is a cafe situated in Nexus court aka Nexus Business Park. A lot of people that work around the area eat here. It's a pretty nice cafe that serves a whole lot of different foods. The food quality is generally pretty good. The range is quite impressive for a lunch cafe targeted towards office and construction workers. Their hot food menu changes every day. This is really good as a lot of the other cafes keep serving the same food and never mix it up. Some of the foods which are always there includes wedges, burgers, quiches, wraps, salads, etc. For the health conscious people out there, Elements do use a lot of low fat chicken cuts such as the chicken breast. A lot of their chicken salads do taste quite healthy. Same can't be said about their other range of fried foods though. For colder weather they also serve a generous portion of soup of the day, with bread included.Now the thing that annoys me a bit about Elements is... some of their staff especially the owner, thinks he's funny and can come across as a bit rude at times. I find this more evident when there's a big line and he's trying to move the people along. I think a bit of proper customer service would be appreciated here. In general the service from the other staff are pretty good especially the ones collecting the dishes. The one's behind the counter sometimes copy his attitude.Overall, apart from this annoyance, Elements is probably one of the better cafe's around the area for a quick lunch break or takeaway."
