"A staple in my restaurant rotation, try to make it out at least once a week. happy hour pies are the best deal going, drinks are on point and the staff are super cool. the thin layer of dough and the san marzano tomato sauce are the real stars of the pizza, so good! if you're not into a little char on your crust, just ask for it to come out with none, because that's how they are default from the wood fired oven. the happy hour fried brussels sprouts and the regular menu ones are also quite good, but i'd give the nod to the fried ones."

"I've been to Pueblo twice now. The first time was for a friend's birthday dinner and the second time was for brunch on Easter. My first visit was so great that I had to come again. The food is delicious! It's a bit pricey in my opinion for each tapas option, but they do taste yummy. I'd eat here more often if the pricing were a bit lower. The service has been great both times too. The servers are very friendly and attentive. My favorites menu items are the Montadito de Costilla (this short rib dish is so flavorful), the Ceviche de Mariscos, the Queso Fundido (I normally don't like goat cheese, but this queso isn't gamey tasting and it's nice and creamy), the Pato (citrus-brined duck breast), and the goat cheese cake (again I can't believe I like it, but it's actually not gamey and it really is yummy). Both times I sat outside and the heat lamps kept our party comfortable. It'll be a while until I come back, but I would definitely recommend it to friends for special occasions."

"Eating was very good! but when I ordered that I forgot to order a pancake, so I ordered it with the $33 order I had already paid, the pancake was 85 cent after controlling and she had still paid me for it. I know it's not much money, but I've already paid 33 dollars, which is a good price for what I ordered, but it was under a dollar with which she would have been a little generous. So I give the food 10/10 and the staff 6/10 and the price 8/10."

"Fun spot to go for a quick meal before going out for drinks. Friday and Saturday nights can be very fun here. Service is OK. Brussels sprouts should be taken off the menu or modified. Truffle Carbonara is NOT good. Lamb Bolognese is VERY GOOD. Crispy Cauliflower is PRETTY GOOD."

"This is definitely one of my most favorite restaurants! I love the fact that their menu changes every couple of months. I am always excited to try any of their meticulously concocted dishes. I highly recommend the freshly baked tomato flat bread, which has a crispy thin texture, and the delightfully crafted cream of mushroom soup!"
