"Very good family meal. Food cooked perfectly. Juicy burger and steaks. Arrived quickly and together with multiple orders. Puddings were divine. Excellent service by Brad. Good relaxing atmosphere and surroundings."

"Have delivery every week with family. For some reason, they never send the sauces we order or which come with the food annoying. Tried to order delivery a few weeks later, they only sent half the order and food was cold. Uber eats only had the food for 5 minutes as we are only 2 minutes up the road. Tried to complain was told it was Uber eats fault and to take it up with them obviously they aren’t responsible for the quality of food or for ensuring correct food is in the order. Mac Donald’s refused a refund for food they have charged for and not provided. Few weeks later I’m getting quite impressed by the determination of this branch of macdonalds to provide terrible food we picked up this time, checked the order was all there got it home and the mcplant was provided with no cheese, no salad, no mayo, nothing in the bun but the dry burger itself! Never again!"

"Where do I starts? This place is awful... the staff look like they cannot wait to leave and that includes the management which impacts on staff morale. There is clearly no incentive for staff to do a good job and this shows. The place is dirty, staff walk around the building chatting to each other and not serving. When food is ordered it takes so long for you to get this that it is cold it has waited that long to be packaged. The food when you do get it is thrown in the bag and you are lucky if it is in one piece. This is not the first time that we have had issues and I am sure there will be more occasions. I complained to a manager last night and was told they were short staffed. There were plenty of staff around but not doing anything. The manager staff referred to as Amy could be seen standing waiting for food to be prepared with empty bags in her hand and not motivating her staff to deal with the ever growing queue of customers. Yet again if you are a walk in you are the last to be dealt with as drive through and deliveries are clearly the priority here. This used to be a good site and food was always of a good standard. If you can travel to another Macdonalds I recommend you do!"
