"I stopped here for breakfast this morning, ordering a chicken cheese and avocado roll and a large cafe latte. The role was toasted, but was black burnt on both top and bottom. I was unable to eat it. The cafe latte had way too much time on top, and the cup felt light. As it was much hotter than normal, waited for five minutes before drinking it. During this time the Phone settled, liquid volume was 4 cm below the level it should have been. Gloria jeans also allow smoking at tables where food is being consumed. … I feel ripped off!!"
