"Walked in with my wife on Sunny Sunday morning, to see sour looks on all the staff. The girl who took our order was so rude I lost my temper and told her to be pleasant. No apology. Always such poor service. I am local...and the food is good (expensive) so I keep trying but i am now giving up."

"We visited this McDonalds to get ice cream. We placed our order at the machine and requested table service. The restaurant was packed but when a table became available a charming, petite, dark female assistant immediately came over and cleaned the table, seating and the floor area really thoroughly for us. The ice cream arrived as soon as we were seated and the Tiramisu McFlurries that we ordered were the most delicious variety of McFlurries that we have ever tasted. When I went to recycle the packaging the same assistant came over and offered to do it for me. I didn’t get her name but she was certainly a very conscientious and kind employee who maintained a consistently high standard of customer service and really made sure that we enjoyed our visit."

"We were a group of friends that caught up there. Friendly, cosy, basic and tasty Italian food. Reasonably priced and cosy. A good place to meet in Shepherds Bush Green and pretty quite, so you can hear one another. Good value for money."

"Gorgeous, friendly, yummy and local. This place is super friendly with lovely staff who seem to know everyone, their kids and their order by name. Perhaps the last reviewer went on a weekend when they get absolutely packed. I heard they are expanding next door so hopefully if that's correct there should be more space Excellent coffee (squaremile for afficionados), great food and a groovy atmosphere. Seems very local and they really seem to care about producing great food. Its my little slice of heaven in shepherds bush."

"We entered the bulls as a fairly large group (8 overall) and expected to be turned away as it looked very busy and it was a Friday night. but for our surprise we didn't even have to wait before we were shown on a large table in the second floor and presented with a menu. the decoration of this pub is very fascinating and at least for me quite stereotypical English. And although the establishment was busy with the mozens who were more slowly intoxicated when the time went on, we did not take any note of them but surprised in the amazing food. we fought with decisions, as there were so many great options to choose from. at the end I went to the pearl barley risotto and sniffed a few flavors of some of the other dishes of my friends, and it was all amazing. and there is a great selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks that also choose from. I had a great night and I hope you will."

I never had such big coffee, panini, canoli, etc. so beautiful notfall full of positive energy that will change for the whole day. many thanks that I make my life much easier and add this brightness to the days. love u all!
