"It is very sad, because the decoration and atmosphere is great...but it feels like they invested all the money they had in decor and no one really took care of anything else. The waiters are lost and don’t really know what to do. The drinks...came 15 mins apart, one a lot later after the food had arrived. I ordered a Mojito and the person who prepared it had clearly never made one before. But the worst part for me is that a place that calls itself a steakhouse has no idea how to prepare meat “rare” and instead gave me something that was cooked way too long expecting me to not know the difference. I returned the disgusting Mojito and the piece of shoe-sole that I got as food...and even then they wanted me to pay for it! Wow, just wow."

"Respectable management of the restaurant at the castle. I hereby wish to inform you of the infidelity of some of your waiters. Usually every two weeks we are with Italian colleagues on Airbus for work. And we periodically use your restaurant. Unfortunately last night I was alone and without glasses and I couldn't check the bill, which I did as soon as I got to the hotel room. I ordered and consumed: 1) veal with tuna sauce 2) mixed salad with chicken and buffalo mozzarella 3) tiramisu 4) two glasses of cabernet red wine. The bearded waiter of Spanish origin presented me with a bill of Euro 61. Paid with debit card. The price seemed expensive compared to what I usually pay but as I didn't have my glasses with me I had the receipt delivered which I checked in the hotel room. The receipt stated: 1) Spaghetti with scampi 2) two tiramisu 3) two bottles of mineral water 4) two buffalo pizzas with artichokes This drink was made at the table next to mine by two ladies who then paid in cash. Obviously it's my fault for not checking the bill immediately but I believe that this cunning behavior should be made known to all my Italian and German colleagues, inviting them to avoid your restaurant. "We were last week to private sale in ingolstadt village. we had to find out that it was quite full. in between we quickly wanted to eat something and made us on the way to the pencil at the moment the only restaurant. There was, of course, a lot of things going on. could just wait for a table outside. this was immediately cleared and wiped off)!(and the nice waitress accepted our drink order. our 2 aperol came in windy. my wife ordered a salad with sprouts and I the alpenburger. the salatdressing really sharp. the burgerbrötchen really delicious. against some comments I find the prices quite appropriate. at least we are in the village and pay immense amounts for material dinge. to conclude a hot espresso. would be kindly adopted. would have eaten there again."
