"Edit: the owner contacted me personally about my experience, and wanted to make things right by explaining and taking the experience I had into account for the future. I came by again and tried the turkey brie, it was fantastic. Great service, and owners that truly care about their customers experience. Will be coming back here again soon! Came here after hearing great things from friends and family, as well as stellar Google reviews. I was left feeling a bit cheated, and not too happy with the experience. I ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich, and my friend got the Albertan. Both sandwiches tasted great, but on the Albertan there was a concerning speck of what looked like blue pocket lint In the bread itself. The Monte Cristo was delicious, but I can't help but feel a bit cheated after paying $13 for a sandwich that was 4 x4 , and one of the slices had only an inch worth of bread. Wish I could give more stars but I don't feel like I'm satisfied after having this experience."

"We ordered a prime rib sandwich and philly cheesesteak. First, they had prime rib that day as their special. Thought it would be good in a sandwich. Boy, I was wrong. The beef was dry and overly cooked. Prime rib should be rare to medium rare. None of the steak in my sandwich was close to being even pink. My wife's philly cheesesteak was not even a philly cheesesteak. I suppose you could call it a CHEESE STEAK sandwich. Regardless, the steak was cooked to hell and back, and the sandwich was overall just dry.The worst thing though was the price. They even charged us $2 for two sides of ranch dressing (which tasted like they came out of some generic store bought bottle) for our fries. I've never been to a restaurant that charged extra for that.F this place."

"Starter of elk tartare and tapas was really good. We then waited about an hour for the main which we ordered at the same.time as the starter! It was not particularly busy. When it arrived the halibut was really overcooked as was the ravioli with the duck. Ridiculous time delay and food had obviously been kept warm for too long.Very disappointed to be fair."
