"Love Good Cup! They are GOOD people serving GOOD Coffee! They are set up at the Matthews Farmers Market every Saturday morning with the espresso machine as well as whole bean or ground coffee bags to purchase if you want to make a GOOD cup at home. The Aslan is one of my favorites! I also follow them on IG @goodcup to get up dates on any pop ups, events, etc they will be at around the Charlotte area!"

"I went to Fontanella for a nice dinner Friday night with my husband, daughter and sister who was out of town. We arrived at 9:30. We asked our server when they closed and she said 11:00. (Website listed 11:30, but we thought we had time for dinner). We ordered appetizers and drinks and a carafe of wine. We noticed on arrival a group of people at the bar and one behind the bar with a glass of wine in his hand. There was only another table. We ordered our entrees, were served and finished our wine at 10:55, when we noticed that the lights went up and the music was turned off. A man we later discovered was the owner came by and very rudely told us that it was time to go. My husband, who just finished paying a $118 check, was down. We are not used to being treated so inconspicuously, so my husband spoke and asked the guy if he was the owner to whom the man replied that he was. The deeds of this man were completely inappropriate and inappropriate to a paying customer. We told him we weren't back and he called my husband a nobody and said he didn't need our business. We will never walk in this facility again and it seems that the owner has to have a few less glasses of wine when he will deal with customers."
