"My girlfriend and I walked in and were seated at a table that clearly hadn’t been cleaned yet. It was filthy. After about 10 minutes, a girl finally came over (4 pm on a Saturday, not busy at all) and asked if we wanted something to drink. When we ordered our food, my gf asked about the mild rub for the wings and we were told, “it’s salt and pepper. I don’t even know why we charge extra for it”. When the food arrived, I asked one of the employees for another container of blue cheese dressing for my wings as the first one was half empty 3 charge for that) and the guy rolled his eyes at me. When the bill arrived it was incorrect. And the tip options were 20, 25 and 30!!. The bottom line was 20 wings, 1 order of fries, 3 draft beers and a margarita. $96 for 2 people The wings were good, but overpriced. The service was slow. The place was messy. The employees were indifferent and arrogant. We’ll never go back to this place."

"If your Millennial grew up in or around Naperville in the 80s and 90s, you probably remember deep dishes pizza, 50s/60s Nostalgie joints, maybe some themed restaurants. Fast to the 2020s. You are an adult and probably spend your childless couple years living in town enjoying the hipster life. Now your back with your own children. Downtown Naperville has reacted with sheikh, raised, but not to pretentious hot spots for this age group, which is family-friendly, yet hip and polished with interesting flavors. A roof strip and grill is EXACTLY the way to establish it. With a modern Italian theme, Santo Cielo offers amazing views, a relaxed atmosphere and some exciting flavors. I was in the hotel with my 7-year-old son for a winter break stay and the server actually has a cool child-friendly mocktail my son could enjoy. The menu is a little small, I would say expand it a bit. Just add some familiar appetizers. My son and I were there for drinks and apps, I'm lucky he's an adventurous eater, but I have a picky eater at home so I know you need to have a few clips on menus for children. Don't you need cheese sticks, but a modern one might take? (Remember, we are in the families of family suburbs). My child gave up the view. We loved the time together in a very Millennial patent-with-her-worldly-child kind of way."

"The waiter didn’t seem very interested in serving us. He rarely came to the table and didn’t bring out bread when we asked him twice. The food was good, a little heavy from what I am used to in Italy. I would rate this as slightly better than your average American Italian restaurant, nothing to really write home about"

"I've seen other locations for this chain but this was my first visit. I was pleasantly surprised. We were seated immediately but the service during the meal could have been more regular. I loved my steak scrambler. Tim seemed to really enjoy his omelette. Tony said that there was not much Nutella in his omelette. I thought the drink service during the meal could have been more regular, but other than the amount of Nutella and the drink service times, those were my only negatives. I'd completely return."
