"Nice welcome when I walked in but can I be honest here? When you show 3 different coffee choices and then tell me if I want anything other than pike place I would have to do a “pour over”. As a customer, I don’t care what you have to do, just smile and make it or take the choice down. Atmosphere is awesome because it’s in downtown Safety Harbor, Florida. Breakfast food choices are convenient but bland and not worth buying. Scenery is very nice."

"The branch manager Jane Wu went out of her way to find me a Taipei City cup after checking over 20 Taipei branches. They were sold everywhere. She traveled outside Taipei for 1 hour to find me. I call that service! Oh, and her America has exactly the right balance between espresso and hot water!"

"Had an amazing meal and experience here with my 3 children who were skeptical about only vegan and mostly gluten-free food. Well, they all loved it, and my 10-year-old said he'd like to go back tomorrow if we're even half an hour to an hour drive. In or visit! Thank you for your welcoming spirits and wonderful food. We all left happy and full and the house made bubble tea for the street was great! I would recommend this place to anyone who lives here or goes through!!!!"

"My review is mainly focused on the coffee and geared to inform espresso snobs like myself. I get really excited when I see a Cortado on the menu, and expect it to meet the baseline of what the drink is. I gave the caffe a 3-star review because I recognize my judgement of coffee is much snobbier than the average person who comes here. I didn’t think it warranted a bad review overall. I had the breakfast burrito. It tasted decent but the sauce that came with us was great! The burrito was relatively small (about 5” but I’d pay for it again. The atmosphere was great and the staff was friendly. Now for the uneasy part: I ordered a Cortado (a espresso drink comprised of equal parts coffee and steamed milk in a “for here” glass. Cortados traditionally come in a 6 or 4 oz cup or glass, but what I received was a dry flat white-like drink in a 12oz paper cup. The serving container didn’t dissuade me as much, but the taste disappointed me. This was a 1:2 coffee to milk ratio drink instead of what a Cortado really is, a 1:1 ratio. The taste of the espresso was also not a hit. I believe the espresso may have been extracted for too long, resulting in a “burnt” taste profile. Overall, if you don’t care too nuance coffee taste profile, I think you’d enjoy this coffee shop."
