"Leider sonntags nicht, dafür zu Ladenöffnungszeiten ein Genießertreff mit nur fünf kleinen Tischchen, an denen man herrliche hausgemachte Kuchen, Kekse und Torten probieren kann, z.B. eine Engadiner Nusstorte besser und mit 2,80 € auch preiswerter als bei ihren Erfindern. Dazu gibt's unterschiedliche Qualitätsschokoladen, hausgeröstete Espresso-Variationen oder eine von 120 Teesorten. Und zum Mitnehmen Schokoladentrüffel satt in vielen Variationen (zZt. 4.40 €/100 g)."

"We live in town so we decided to try this restaurant after the renovation. The decor is nice and the view at night over the river beautiful. The menu is short but adequate. The food was overall nice, bit bland. No salt or pepper shaker on the table. No greeting from the kitchen, no contact with the waiter for long times on end- after 15 minutes we asked if we could get bread while we waited (which was nicely presented with high quality olive oil and salts). After the initial contact we had to pour the bottle of water and the wine ourselves. We where never asked if we wanted another bottle of water when it was empty. The waiter seemed rushed although only 5 tables where occupied. We felt ignored and very disappointed to have experienced such poor service. For our next dinner we will go back to our favorite restaurant in town where we are greeted with a smile and the service is impeccable!"

"Surrounded by the Basilika, the monastry and a lot of Fachwerk-houses you can dine in- or outdoors (in summer!). The food is very good and you can choose out of a long menu. The service is friendly and the rooms are comfortable."

"The right place for coffee and cake break. There are pancakes and all kinds of cakes and pastries. All coffees, tea and cocoa that are common today are here. But where was the simple filter coffee? Even if the coffee machine is networkable and Wi-Fi can, Bluetooth anyway, you just need to pour hot water over the coffee powder in the filter. There seems to be overqualification. If it is placed in the cafe, you must of course have a machine license. Such simple handling is not possible."
