"It was Summerlicious and it was lunchtime for those who work in the area so the noise level was too high for my liking. I dined with 3 other people and overall the dishes were good but not stellar. "I honestly had no idea that the public could feed in the osgoode halle, but they can and should! beautiful dining room fed with books, portraits and glass painting. our lunches surpassed the expectations, beef onions and the Israeli cousin salad, and memorized forelle with Soba noodles. both were so good! the service of masrul was attentive, but not overlaid. only two minor complains: white wine could be cooled and the maître de was very business like. oh, and the prices were fantastic!"

"Server and staff was friendly but timing was very off. Food arrived cold. Coffee arrived late and and cold. Assuming they were short staffed, but it wasn’t busy at the time. Food was ok. Atmosphere was nice and jazz band was a lovely touch."
