"After a walk in the magnificent surrounding mountains, I stopped there for dinner as the restaurant is listed in a gourmet guide. As often in Switzerland the dining room is very cozy and beautifully decorated. Thumbs up for the warm welcome from the tenant lady and for the waitress (Anne who provided an efficient service throughout the dinner. Food is great. As starter I had a salad with goat cheese fresh and well seasoned. The main course was a succulent fillet of beef perfectly grilled with chanterelles mushrooms. As dessert I opted for a chocolate mousse plain simple and good. The only downside is the very expensive bill. While the main course was fairly priced, I found the starter to be slightly exaggerated: CHF17.50 for a salad I would have paid around CHF13. And CHF7.80 (yes, 7.80!! for a double espresso is, to put it mildly, extortionate!"
