"Tan is a very social coffee house that many people visit everyday as part of their routine. Myself and my sister n law stop by almost everyday. We read the paper listen music we can sing along with. We cant carry a tune in a bucket but we try. We laugh and carry on with the barrista. He is a gem. He is an entertainer. With a vey sassy whit. We wouldn't replace him or any of the other barrista's that work there. We like the coffee, we like the open floor plan the wide windows . But, we love the singing barrista. Please drop by any day. I'm sure to see you pop in. ill be the one singing all the flat notes."

"We love coffee and had to stop in here! We each had an americano and it was smooth and full-bodied. We also had lunch- a bacon and egg quiche and my hubby had sausage and egg bagel, and they were both good. We came after the lunch rush so a few of our first choices to eat for lunch were gone but since it was quiet we had a nice window seat in the sun. The prices are reasonable and the food and the coffee is good."

"From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were warmly welcomed by the restaurant 's wonderful staff members! We started with their beautifully presented oysters on the half shell the oysters tasted like they had just been plucked from the sea and onto our table! We next had their amazing Yellowfin Tuna Tartar with a sauce of Harissa aioli, creme fraiche, cured egg yolk and gaufrettes. For our entrees we had Seared Sustainable Blue Salmon with a Miso glaze, summer brassica, rice pilaf, ginger spinach puree. My husband had the Brant Lake Wagyu Hanger Steak Confit with new potatoes, sauce foyot and wilted summer greens which he found to be delicious! We spent the night at the Grand Pre Inn in their luxurious and well appointed suite! Staying there meant that we could have a glass of wine with dinner and walk across the courtyard to the Inn. The next morning, we had a marvelous lunch at Le Caveau again starting with their yummy oysters. For our entrees we ordered the Scallop Spaghetti in a Garlic butter sauce and gremolata. We also ordered the Newfoundland Mussels with White curry, crisp chilis, lime and tamarind and the Lobster, Scallop and Cold Water Shrimp Chowder with Spanish almond broth, spring onions and smoked paprika to take back to our cottage for our dinner that night. Each dish was exquisitely prepared with the freshest ingredients. Thank you to CEO Beatrice, Chef Jason and each of your wonderful colleagues at the Winery, Restaurant and the Inn!"

"The location is quite central. It is located inside an old theater ? so it has an interesting character too it. There is generally plenty of seating inside which makes it pretty easy to meet up with friends. The coffee is satisfactory, but there really isn't anything to snack on with your coffee. There is no biscotti biscuits and the items that they do make they were completely out of. It was about 4:30pm on Thursday afternoon, so I don't think they should have been out of everything. The staff were polite enough. The coffee beans are roasted at their roasterie just up the street.Parking: There isn't a lot of parking so come early so you have time to find some parking and walk over. Parking is free for 3 hours until 5pm."
