"My husband and I always have our anniversary dinner at The Anchorage and last night’s visit was amazing. The restaurant has been refurbished and looks great. The staff are the best in town and the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the Raspberry Dream dessert!...My husband always enjoys an Affogato and wasn’t disappointed. We never tire of looking at the view of Wollongong harbour and last night was even better with the laser display on the lighthouse."

"I can see this place really taking off. Crewed by a group of really passionate young people that obviously just want to serve the best product they possibly can. Coffee selection was the largest and best quality I have seen in the gong thus far, two blends and a single origin for espresso and multiple filter coffees on offer put through a very impressive looking setup. My Ethiopian batch was super sweet and was finished before I knew what happend. Breakfast menu was not overly extensive or extravigant but my smashed avo showed that the chef had skill. Seems like most of the items on offer are oriented towards the takeaway crowd anyway, the staff told me it was all made on site which is impressive in such a small space. They have seating outside in an alley with graffiti which is pretty cool but it was a little cold when I was there and the alley could do with some better lighting.Overall the only place thus far that I have actually really wanted to get out my phone and write a review for. That should tell you something."

"We had coffee there a few weeks ago. It appealed to me from the street and did not disappoint. Music, quaint furnishings, plants, shipping containers, etc. Sitting outside away from the street, unlike most cafés where you sit next to parked cars! Very enjoyable"
