"Not only did they get the order wrong, it took them minutes to get the order wrong (hardly fast food) and then when they did bring the right order, they didn't bother to ask if I wanted milk in tea which had clearly been...standing there for at least minutes. "Shocking!!!! There is a guy who works there who is so rude it’s unbelievable!!! He has shouted at 2 delivery drivers that I have witnessed and embarrassed them in front of a packed out store. Hairs in fries, mould on bread buns etc. Just don’t...go here as it’s disgusting. I mean the job role isn’t hard so can’t understand how they get it so wrong and why the staff there have such attitudes. Maybe due to being furloughed and doing absolutely nothing but sit on their lazy backsides for a year at home has now made them peeved they actually have to work for their wages"

"We went in for a quick convenient dinner for our little one, before food shopping. Waiting half hour for our food. After mins my husband chased it up and was told they would get it done now. The food was cold unsurprisingly and they...had forgotten the food bag we ordered, straws and napkins, we didn't bother wasting even more time requesting these, as the queue was already huge. This coupled with the groups of intimidating teenagers and loud homeless people using the ports to charge things, made for a poor experience. It is abundantly clear that the drive through, walk in and online orders are simply too much for this branch to manage. Will think twice before visiting again."

"The self-service terminals in this branch are easy enough to use, although they will be aware that they are trying to sell them. So if they are impulsive, they can end up eating with a bigger one than they have planned. eating seems from the usual McDonald standard and the tables were kept clean. I wait longer for my order than expected, but the staff seemed very busy with delivery orders."

"I went inside with the intention of going to the toilet before ordering my food and while halfway up the stairs, the employee by the door screamed at me in front of the entire restaurant saying that it was not a public toilet and I...couldn’t use the facilities unless I had ordered food. i would happily have ordered food afterwards, as it was rush hour and waiting half an hour for my food would have resulted in an accident. She was very rude, didn’t get her name or I would’ve made a complaint to her manager. I’ve never been so disrespected or embarrassed after walking into what I thought would be a professional environment with understanding employees. Overall, very upset and will not be going back."

"I’ve tried to remain unemotional on this review, but when you have a very poorly child that has not eaten for days (because of chemotherapy) request a macdonalds breakfast you would drive to the end of earth to get them what they want. And when...you get home with an inedible breakfast muffin, it looked like it was thrown together, undercooked fatty bacon, burnt sausage burgers. Kicking myself that I didn’t check it before I left. Because they then stopped serving breakfast."
