"お店のミスでダブルブッキングになり入店拒否されました。12月23日の夜8時にネット予約し、下記の通り予約確定メイルも来ましたが、当日来店すると、貸し切りと言われ入店拒否されました。理由は、お店のミスでダブルブッキングしたからだそうです。その時に対応して下さった副店長（と本人は言っていました）の男性の対応が横柄で不快になりました。 ご予約確定のお知らせ OpenTable のご利用ありがとうございます。 OpenTable Cinnamon's Restaurant 横浜山下公園店 ［2名様］2016年12月23日（金）20:00 I'm afraid but do not recommend the place. I made a reservation via website for two on 23rd Dec, 8 o'clock in the evening for the birthday of my friend. I got an confirmation mail from the restaurant of course. But when we party showed up the manager of the restaurant didn't accept us due to his fault of double booking. Further, his rude attitudes made us very sad. Hope everybody would not have this kind of terrible experience at Cinnamon's Restaurant Yokohama Yamashita Koen-ten."
