"Just an update ...My teen daughter was having a very stressful day and went to Panera for some comfort food. The employee must have recognized they she has been crying and when she got home she saw that the gal worker had wrote a note on her to go bag saying, 'it 'll be ok ' . it was so very sweet and thoughtful and she really appreciated the gesture. We order scones for breakfast and soup for lunch. The food tastes fresh and the orange scone is buttery with an orange glaze. The chicken noodle soup is perfect when fighting a cold or for comfort food. The noodles are thick and have a homemade feel."

"I wish I grabbed my servers name I know she told us but it slipped our minds. She was absolutely a blessing and so kind and made sure we had our meal served correctly and even you made sure we didn’t feel rushed as I’m sure we got there close to their brunch ending. We loved it. Will be back. 10/10."

"I ordered a large cappuccino. When I showed the employee at the cup was only filled halfway. She told me that cappuccinos are mostly foam and that’s just the way they are. Never experienced this before. Also saw one other reveals someone saying the same thing. Get you cappuccino somewhere else if you want a full glass. She didn’t even bother to fill it up."
