"My second favorite coffee shop in Syracuse, and my favorite in downtown. They're an art cafe, and they have great taste in art. They also make a mean mocha! The location on the busiest and most architecturally inspired block of Salina Street is phenomenal, and their atmosphere plays it up. Recommend this spot any time you are strolling around downtown!"

"I love coming here for a treat. Even on busy days/times (such as the lunch rush), the employees are efficient with getting your order placed and finished. They even have self order kiosks which are great when the lines are long and are very user friendly. I've never had a problem finding a seat and my order has always been accurate. My only complaint is that I've had issues with ordering to go on the MyPanera app where I placed an order and it never went through (this wasn't an issue with the store itself but the app)."

"From the moment I stepped in, the long waits were a sign of things to come. Unfortunately, the quality of the bagels and service did little to make up for the inconvenience. First and foremost, the bagel itself was a major letdown. It was dry, stale, and lacked the fresh, chewy texture that one expects from a good bagel. It felt as though it had been sitting around for far too long, losing any hint of its original flavor and appeal. This alone would have been disappointing, but it was compounded by other issues. Adding insult to injury, the eggs served with the bagel were disappointingly cold and the cheese was unmelted. It was evident that they had been prepared well in advance and were not heated properly upon serving. Cold eggs are unappetizing, and their temperature only further accentuated the lackluster nature of the meal. To make matters worse, the long wait times made the whole experience even more frustrating… it should never take 40 minutes to output 2 bagel sandwiches. It seemed as though the staff was overwhelmed or simply not efficient enough to handle the volume of customers."
