"Just had dinner their for the first time tonight. WOW!<br/ They have cloth table cloths and the service matches this.<br/ The staff is very friendly and courteous. Corey, the cook/owner came and personally asked us how the food was and if he could get us anything else. This was after the person who took our order had checked on us twice.<br/ We ordered the 'Manly Meat ' pizza. My food allergies were accommodated without complaint or issue. The pizza had a thick homemade crust that was delicious light and tasty. The toppings were very generous and even when some fell off onto the real plates, we were all served with, the pizza was still smothered with toppings.<br/ The use of natural ingredients in and on the pizza made eating it a delight.<br/ The soft drinks we chose were included in the cost of the pizza slices. They have very honest pricing that is reasonable and fair.<br/ The bathroom is very clean, well stocked, well lit and easily accessible..<br/ The restaurant is user friendly in that is easily accommodates those with mobility issues.<br/ The menu is easy to understand and read.<br/ Overall this is a place I would recommend to all my friends and family.<br/ IF you are looking for a great place to take family or friends for a meal of snack this is the only place you need to stop.<br/ Very satisfied customer<br/ <br/ Thank you for being in business. <br/ Post Script:<br/ Due to the desires of our grandchildren who are six and nine, we visited as they call it, 'the pizza place with the black cloth table cloths. ' last Friday.<br/ Corey and Mary 's service is consistently awesome as in all of our previous visits. The service is top notch. The food is made by hand to perfection. Allergies are accommodated as well as food preferences with ease. This is a clean, friendly, customer oriented business."

"I have been to Von Eberts a few times and usually when I go the food is excellent. Before yesterday, the last time I went was last year and I ordered the steak and truffle fries (first picture attached). These were cooked to perfection and so tasty that I recommended this place to all my friends. I went back yesterday after a long hiatus from the store, very excited for the delicious steak so I ordered the steak salad. Now since I’ve been gone, I don’t know if they changed their recipe, or their steak cooking process but the steak I got was so dry, gray and almost inedible. I was unable to finishing it and shocked at the quality. I’ve included pictures both taken by me so you can see the difference in the steak quality. I’m sure you can tell which is which."

"Come for simple food made very well. Good service. No wait when Marcy's or Bayside had 40min+ waits. The Good: Amazingly good food. They are very okay with adjusting and modifying meals, especially for dietary restrictions. Less busy than other popular Portland brunch places. Service was nice and prompt. The meh: None. The Bad: None."

"My family loves this place. The service is always exceptional, even when they're busy as all get out. Our most recent trip I ordered on the light side and was still hungry, so I asked if I could get just one biscuit with gravy. The server said absolutely, went and put in the order, and came out with one in less than 2 minutes! It can get a little loud and the wait can be a little long on the weekends when they're busy, but it's completely worth the wait! I would 100% recommend coming here rather than the other over-priced, understaffed, and mediocre breakfast franchises."

"Love this place. My go to pizza right now. Use the coupons you get in the mail. Go on Tuesdays as they have any large pizza for 12 dollars. Fantastic!!! Set the temp right on your oven and rotate at 6 minutes. I take the pizza out just around 10 or 11 minutes I think. Let it cool and use a big knife to slice it. (i have to use a separate oven thermometer because the temp goes way higher than I what I set on my oven. Pictured: large on original crust. Half red sauce half garlic white sauce. Extra cheese, pepperoni, salami, Italian sausage, light black olives (ordered regular olives and plucked to my preference. Fantastic staff! Josiah I think is his name is always a pleasure to work with. 5 stars every visit."
