"Ordered on the phone to pickup 2 pizzas. I entered about 30 minutes after I placed my order and paid my balance to make sure the order was placed. The order was placed from the call centers end because they new the exact toppings which were ordered. I waited another half hour before questioning the readiness of my order, when I realized they still hadn't started my order. I had to cancel and go elsewhere. This place is just wasting peoples time. It seems as if doordash and Uber eat orders are more important than people who actually pick up there food. Never again."
