"The new zarillo in the denugnitzerstraße is the purest catastrophe! were there for lunch! although not much was going on, it took forever until the service came! according to our order, this has this sweet, but three knives and a fork! when we made them aware of it, they didn't come forever! we also wanted the chili oil! we waited again for time and had to get back! the half of a pizza we wanted to pack. the service took her with her and said she will get her back immediately! after 10 minutes she didn’t come back! to ask what was now with the pizza that was saying: “This has been thrown away!” no excuse, nothing! how such an operation can be set is unbelievable! planned, unfriendly and totally unsuitable as service! eating was ok, but also not intoxicating!"
