"She was very sweet, welcoming and patient. I had special desires for my order and she got it perfect. great customer service. her section was clean and organized. her and the kitchen were very fast to finish my order. hannah coughed after she had given me my order that she went out the door to take them the command of another! Many thanks! that was also my first time I came to this chilis location great team!"

"I was on the trip of a girl with my best friend and when we arrived, it took 10 minutes until the waitress came to our table. she was rude and treated me as if I was stupid when I tried to order a drink without having the drink menu what she did not harass us. the food was very mediocre and then it took another 15 minutes to get our sack when we asked which the waitress then brought to the wrong table. one of the waiters was very nice but he gave us great recommendations for a great restaurant / bar that we went later in the night. I wish he had been our waiter. go to one of the other restaurants in the city."

"This place was about a 15 minute walk from the Glenwood Springs hotel and springs. Nice and easy to find using gps. We were promptly greeted and told to choose a seat. He took our drink orders immediately. Spoke Spanish to my wife who is Native and I answered back, he looked surprised. Lol. We got our drinks, chips, salsa and some type of shredded lettuce, tomatoes and onion with a nice dressing. I liked it, different. Wife and I both ordered 2 combination dinner; she had the Chili rellenos and shredded beef enchilada. Chili Relleno was okay, battered in sopapilla breading (didn’t like). The shredded beef was tasty and came in big chunks. Rice was tender and the whole beans was good but over-peppered. Crispy beef taco was okay; homemade shell was crisp, the meat seasoned but was different from a lot of others. Overall 2.5."
