"Located inside of a shopping plaza with a large variety of shops and food choices. The service was great and the food was on point. We were checked on several times by our waitress for drink refills and anything else requested. The hostess could use alittle training. She never made eye contact, never greeted us, and never gave us a children's menu for my daughter. I had toask for one and we couldn't hear anything she said. Not a great first impression."

"I came here for dinner and got the mole enchiladas, camarones a La Diabla, and some cabeza tacos. Everything was so tasty and amazing! The mole enchiladas camarones a La diabla came with rice and beans. Both were filling and flavorful. The shrimp was soaked in spicy sauce with actually had a good little spicy kick. The cabeza tacos were juicy and good. I usually get these tacos for my dog as well and he loved the meat. Definitely coming back here!"

"Wow, completely impressed. We were greeted once we walked in and were offered the opportunity to eat outside or inside. Our waitress did an outstanding job. The owner was present and greeted every table, outstanding job. I ordered the Juanito’s protein burrito, Based on what other people had said about it. I can’t describe how delicious it was. It came with a citrus salad that also was outstanding . Had a very enjoyable dinner, will be coming back very soon thank you."

"Pretty tasty! I'm usually never impressed by the Mexican food choices in Cali. Being from Houston, there is no shortage of amazing Mexican food at home. Los Agaves has given me faith that West Coast Mexican food can indeed be good. I kept it simple... Got steak tacos with a side of rice and black beans. They brought out the wrong beans initially, but replaced them quickly. The meat was great! Perfectly medium with a nice char on the outside... And they gave a great portion as well. The rice and beans were your standard Mexican fare, but still tasty. The salsas also were fresh and delicious. I'd definitely come back. Thanks for restoring my faith!"

"Casual Mexican food restaurant serving traditional favorites, as well as a few more creative, specialty entrees that will keep you coming back for more. Went for dinner and ordered the chips and guacamole to start, followed by the steak and chicken fajitas. The guacamole was fresh but simple. The chicken and beef in the fajitas was tender and well marinaded. The homemade corn tortillas were soft and delicious."
