"Excellent Tex Mex...fajitas fresh, ask for the side chili sauce! Oh, yeah, nice ambience in the old town. Good Margerita and friendly service. Pricey, but where is not in Zurich. Reduced marks only because I still find a real Mexican... from a Mexican and not improvised on a way to a day."

"We went through the Zürcher Altstadt, considered a beer here and noticed their menu on the table. We were not looking for a gourmet experience, just honest food and this was a perfect institution in this respect. No air or grace, but delicious freshly cooked food, ate at a table in a small place watching the world over. Just what we needed!"

"We go here at least once a month because we live nearby. We’ve tried the Fajitas, Chilli and the Ribs. All good but not the best Mexican I have ever had. If you are just looking for somewhere easy and casual, good enough Mexican food,...friendly service. They do have an option to have all you can eat Ribs. Just ask. The Caramel Flan is good because it’s not that sweet. Only the syrup is sweet but not the flan itself."

"Don Weber has a friendly atmosphere. It is in an interesting spot in hip and trendy Zurich West near the redeveloped Viaduct arches, with unusual shops, boutiques and a market space. There is a warm welcome inside the restaurant. We were there on a Tuesday evening but there were plenty of people enjoying themselves. The waitress offered to bring us more toppings and tortillas when we had run through what had been brought to the table. Portion sizes were very generous and the food was tasty. Worth a visit."

"Mein Sohn liebt Burger, hatte Geburtstag und so sind wir auf dieses Lokal gekommen. Im Gegensatz zu andern Bewertungen hat bei uns alles gestimmt. Der Tisch war mit Ballonen geschmückt, wir haben telefonisch vorbestellt und den Geburtstag erwähnt. Der Service war tiptop, unsere Bedienung Marco sehr freudlich und man hatte das Gefühl dass da ein gutes Team zusammenarbeitet. Unser Essen, Burgers mit Pommes und Salat und Fajitas mit Chicken waren frisch und von guter Qualität. Die Burger genauso gebraten wie wir es bestellt hatten. Als Überraschung gab es für unseren Sohn ein Dessert mit einer Wunderkerze und durchs ganze Lokal ein Geburtstagslied über die Anlage. andere Gäste haben auch dazu geklatscht, eine tolle Geste und hat Spass gemacht. Es ist kein billiges Lokal, aber für uns war alles seinen Preis wert und wir kommen gerne wieder einmal."

"Went here for dinner. Dishes are expensive and not worth it.The fresh chips and salsa is a good start though the portion is small. If you're used to good Mexican food (because you grew up with it, lived in California or Mexico), you'll be disappointed.I got the "combination de la casa", which was 36 chf and had a portion of chicken burrito (salty), enchilada (cheesy and good), black beans, Spanish rice (not that great) and spicy mole.My friend got the chicken burrito, which is nothing like the burrito we're used to. Small portion topped with stuff.Margaritas are small portions.So all in all, I'm not sure what the rave is about. It's overpriced food that isn't authentic Mexican.Continuing my adventure to find good Mexican food."
