"We have intervened several times here, but the last time was not satisfactory at a distance. When I came to the restaurant to get our food, it didn't seem that the order was ready. then I was told that it was ready and waiting to be picked up, and got a bag with food. When I came home, we discovered that the hummus, extra pita and baklava we ordered were not given to us. I called the restaurant and the manager said we were refunded for the missing items. after a few days without refund, I contacted her about her website and like the refund, I wait for something. ... everything. even an answer that said: hey, we have their message and will come back with them would be nice, but no, I have krickets chirping. we like to eat when we get it, but with such experience we won't eat soon from here, if time and again."

"We had falafel, dolmades, fries. The falafel was delicious, but nothing special. The fries obviously started frozen life. The Dolmades, ok we have high standards for Dolmades, have been understated so that the rice texture was not correct. Not really related, but maybe funny. I ordered the articles to confirm they were vegan. He finished my sentence. Points for recognizing that I have ordered vegan items if I confirm something that it would be. He proudly mentioned that the articles were also gluten-free. I told him it wasn't a problem for us. When I thought about it, I started wondering how to make a wheat tortilla GF magical. Gluten-free gluten."
