"I did expected a good food after reading all the reviews,but i was so fooled.the mixed grill ed meat was all overcooked,no taste,the salad was ok and the pita bread was cold. i will never come back."

"Mediocre to decent food. Just wish they focused more on cleanliness and friendliness. Upper James location also stuggles with cleanliness. I shouldn't have stuff on my shoes after walking to the bathroom. It's gross. The lady that helped me was not friendly. I can't see this place lasting very long the way its going. They always have a tip option for whatever reason before you even get service, so don't bother tipping because they don't seem to have gratitude. 2 stars because the food is sometimes good."
