"Great falafel packaging. I've never had a plucked beet inside, but it was delicious. the kofta and hummus were also excellent. the owner was very pleasant and happy to explain the different menu choices."

"Just had the worst dining experience at this establishment! The service was horrible. My daughter I waited over an half hour for the Turkish Delight (a simple hummus appetizer). Meanwhile, there were people that came in after us who were served and we were left sitting still waiting for our main course. I became so irritated that I simply asked for our food to be boxed up to go and for the check! After getting home, to eat our food we were not impressed. Our black bean lentil burgers had zero flavor! Our waitress the front staff knew that we were unhappy with the wait time, because I clearly expressed it to them. Instead of trying to make the situation better or even compensate us for our troubles. I got a dismissive cold sorry about that This restaurant was a total waste of time money. Would not recommend or would I ever return in the future!"

"Now is what I call a dinner!! Was a second away from Taco Bell and thought better to Google vegan one last time and found the Lentil Tree. Everyone was about amazing, super friendly, and super willing to help me choose my order. Ends up grab one of the veggie platters, a tahini shake, and (my first ever) baklava and could not get any more psyched that I came here instead of just another big chain fast food place. Definitely come back! Keep the great work you 'all! "

"I went last night and this place is the real deal. From the finely crafted and eclectic list of cocktails to the hummus, falafel, artichokes and the steak. It’s all amazing. It seems the Chef and staff crush it every night as this place was highly recommended. Now I see why. Our server, Mia was was informative, engaging and warm. Also, cool vibes with the open kitchen and just general atmosphere both upstairs and downstairs at Layla. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"
