"Very disappointing. Food was very greasy, and everything tasted as if had been sautéed in the same grease. Very salty too. Not at all like the Kapnos on 14th Street, which I guess is now closed or closing. There are many, many better restaurants in DC, and even in Bethesda. Plus I ordered an extra dry martini; it came with too much vermouth, and had to be remade."

"Really a bizarre experience. it felt as if they had just opened and no one was trained. I had a 7 o'clock evening reservation, a little early at 18:50 o'clock arrived. the hostess said she had other reservations in front of us and would get us a table if you were available. I thought that was weird. we sat shortly after 19 clock and ordered a cheeseboard. it had the smallest pot of cheese I've ever seen. the escaped were good, we were black and chicken. we never got the stuffed brot that was disappointing. the manager tried to be busy, but seemed unclear. sweet ambiente, but the mood of the staff was out. don't go back."

"The cheese and the beef egg rolls are OUTSTANDING! I drive from VA to get them. The service was great and the food was yummy. I enjoyed the appetizers mainly which I love. Stay away from non traditional dishes like the calamari, but rather go for hummus, baba ghanush, shawarma and of course kalaj. I highly recommend"
