"Very good food and service, although ordering through the app was a bit tricky, but there were nine of us, so we could live with it. The staff even looked after and served the birthday cake for my 17 year old for her birthday. I cannot fault the Modelo Lounge at all. Very enjoyable."

"Delicious food ! We came down from London and would probably pop back down on the train for this ! Great value, falafel wrap and the platter were both delicious. Fresh tasting ingredients , especially the pomegranate seeds and baba ganoush. Student discount is available too : vegan friendly"

"Hands down the best Kebab in Brighton! We always order the House Special Kebab, which has enough for a family. Comes with tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, pitta, sauce and salad. Never greasy, always juicy! The staff are super friendly. The main man is Jan, who makes a point of remembering the regular customers, which adds a touch of class to this establishment. Delivery is fast through their website and the food is always consistently great."

"First, the good points; The front of house staff were delightful and the breakfast tea was superb. Unfortunately however the kitchen and food were hopeless. We waited close to an hour for our food to arrive, and then it was average at best. Meals described...in the menu as including two eggs, arrived with one. Welsh Rarebit on toast had solidified. Baked beans were a small pot of mainly juice. Disappointed we wasted a valuable hour of our bank holiday. There are many better places to eat in Hove."

"I had a few recommendations from friends before and finally had my birthday dinner with family members. this is the best Japanese restaurant in Great Britain, I have never been to a better place than sushi garden brighton also in london. reasonable price, very cozy interieur, super friendly and attentive staff and finally eating is literally amazing. it has everything to have restaurants. we were 10 of us, so it was a pretty big group, but every dish arrived on time and everything was so fresh and piping hot! highly recommended."

"Needed to pass time waiting for visiting time at the hospital. Location: close to hospital on main Eastern Road Small with two main tables and some bar stools. Quick service asked for two shot decaf black americano with a sugar. Tasted really odd; I am guessing was a coffee substitute?chicory based. £2.30. I didn’t eat but the food looked good and prices appeared reasonable. I would have commented but waitress was busy and I could not stand listening to a customer on next table explaining to his Spanish friend why he voted for the Brexit party. Rather than let that affect my rating, I left my coffee."
