"The Organic Boho is a food stall among many in a street food market in Christianshavn. When I saw their menu, I was a bit disappointed, because they offer the most common vegan food options, like falafel burger, wrap, bowl... Finally, I tried the tempeh wrap, and it was the most delicious meal I had in Copenhagen I can 't imagine how you could improve it, it was perfectly balanced, tasteful and fresh! I also like that it is in a street food market, there was a great atmosphere, you can choose from many food stalls, your friends could eat somewhere else if they crave something different. There was also a little food truck (well, the smaller version) of Nicecream icecream, where I got dessert...."

"If they are past the kopenhagener main station and have only a short stop to find something, mad cooperativet is an excellent choice in the corner of the building. they have a salad menu, and they can choose one from there, and easy to dispense or add dings they desire. pay attention to the dressing as they are prefabricated (if I last visited) and have no lists of ingredients. while they are there, they can also pick up some fresh bread from the bakery section. my suggestion would get the Ølandshvede reels with cranberries. delicious!"
