"After striking out at other places around town (everything else was closed) we landed at Sub’s Station. They have labeled vegetarian options and understand vegan. All the bread is made there and is vegan. There are sandwiches and a salad with tofu, and other protein options include hummus, falafel, and a lentil burger. Subs come with your choice of fries or salad. They have craft beer on tap and in bottles. You can also get bread and baked goods and they have an assortment of nut butters and spreads for sale."
