"The food is average compared to similar available kebab houses in Ottawa. They serve oversized portions of rice to compensate for the amount of grilled meat. The salad was soggy probably because it was prepared in big batches and was sitting until it was served. No pita bread was serve with the meal which is quite odd given the name "Pita Bell". Cleanliness is below average for a fast food restaurant. The tables are quickly wiped with a wet cloth. The bathroom was quite dirty and the soap dispenser was broken. Customer service was poor. We ordered too much food and it was difficult to obtain take-out containers. Overall, there are far better similar restaurants in town. We will not go back."

"I had chicken fingers and my friend had a burger. Both were very good. A little pricey and there was a bit of a wait but the food was so delicious I didn't care. I will definitely be going back to try more items."

"Today my family and I had the pleasure to eat breakfast at Zaitona. The experience started by a warm welcoming at the door followed by a great food (foul, falafel and fattah with hummus..yummm) The resturant is bright, clean and very relaxing ambiance. Beside the great food, the service was what got most of our attention. The staff is very friendly and fast. I truly recommend it as a family place to eat."

The owner is a very kind and warm person, who you can tell works hard as he was working front of house, serving, and cooking in the kitchen as well. Would recommend to those looking for a comfort meal. Nothing flashy, just good food and good atmosphere :"
